Ysrael Kanot Leads ACG 101 Discussion of
M&A Opportunities In The Aerospace Industry

Ysrael Kanot, Founder and President of Mergers & Business Acquisitions, Inc., Los Angeles, served as moderator of a panel discussion, “M&A Opportunities In The Aerospace Industry,” hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth 101 Corridor Chapter, in Westlake Village, California.

The panel looked at current merger and acquisition activity of companies in the A/D sector, and the outlook for 2011 and beyond given changing budgets for defense and space exploration.

MBA provides M&A services to both buyers and sellers, primarily in the A/D sector. Mr. Kanot previously was a management consultant to manufacturing, technology and other companies, and founded, built and sold four businesses of his own.
